Shipping policy
Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Our goal is that you will receive your item within five business days.

Please contact us in advance if you have any questions or concerns about products or a possible order at sales@jackalopesemporium.com. We want to make ordering from Jackalope's Emporium as easy as possible.
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order or if you plan to return something at sales@jackalopesemporium.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of when you received your package for a refund minus the original shipping. All returns and exchanges must be in unused original condition. Exchanges can be made for a different item or store credit can be issued.
